Creating the Perfect Restaurant Atmosphere: The Key to Success

For restaurant owners, creating the perfect atmosphere is the key to success. It’s what makes your guests feel welcomed and keeps them coming back. But how do you create an atmosphere that will make customers choose your restaurant over the competition?

First, look at your restaurant’s design. Colors, layout, and furniture should be chosen based on the atmosphere you’d like to create. For example, if you’re going for a casual and comfortable vibe, warm colors and furniture with plenty of seating are great options. On the other hand, a more upscale vibe calls for cooler colors and furniture with a few luxurious touches.

Ambiance is also important for creating the perfect atmosphere in your restaurant. This includes things like lighting, music, and scents. Soft lighting creates a peaceful, intimate setting. Play uplifting music to create a lively atmosphere, and consider diffusing essential oils to make

Come Fly With Me!

You know what they say, always leave room for dessert! Whether on a plate, in a bowl or in a glass, dessert simply seals the meal. And that’s where I come in. Put your pallet through one more thrill ride of fantastic flavors…and trust me when I tell you to order two. You won’t want to share!

Like most of the menu, I too am an immigrant from Italy, though getting all my different parts here was challenging. So much so that we had to reach out to Ireland for some of my bits. Aer Lingus hooked it up though and I traveled first class on my way, luck of the Irish🍀, I suppose! The flight was a real breeze and I had some time to catch up on the latest Bar Rescue episodes. You might be wondering, why didn’t you just sleep on the flight? Well, because I couldn't. It's difficult for me to sleep, in fact, I can really make a person go go go.

No, I’m not a pumpkin-spiced latte from Dunkin Donuts. However, I am a big PSL fan and Autumn is easily my favorite season. I’m not a Java Chip frappuccino from Starbucks either but I can give you the jitters and mid-afternoon “pick me up” just the same!

All this talking is making me thirsty, anyone want to meet me at the bar?

While an iced cold Coca-Cola would probably quench my thirst. I’m thinking of something a little more hand crafted. Something delicious and sweet. Something someone 21 and over could enjoy.

Maybe a beer? No way! I’m a lady!

Let's Go on a Trip!

Is anybody else ready for a night out on the town? It’s been a long week, full of trials and triumphs and I think we all deserve a night out! You know, just some apps and drinks, good music and a good time! Or better yet, a whole weekend getaway up North. Find a quaint little AirBNB, cozy up by the fire, tell stories, and reconnect with friends or family! Ahh yes, now that sounds nice!

Now now, if you’re anything like me, while that does sound lovely, relaxing, and inviting….

Crushing beers, playing flip-cup, and watching some sports is more my speed. Heck, I can act like a serious fool! I guess I just like to sprinkle a little bit of spice wherever I go, and usually, there's enough of me to go ‘round. It's no secret really, I am well aware that people only think about me in the summer months, but I’ve taken a good hard look in the mirror, and I THINK I can get the people on board during the fall and winter. As I mentioned, I can pack some heat to warm you right up!

Swimming in this red sea is different from the waters that I’m used to but hey if you're always swimming in a pool you’ll never know the depths of the ocean! From the outside looking in, I'm a little bit, some may say…closed off. But once I feel comfortable, I open up and you can really get a taste of my charm!

So while some may share me, others will hog me. A taste for some, the entire meal for others. There’s no saying how many variations and combinations you can make with me but stop on in next time and allow me to take your taste buds on a journey.

What a Wonderful World!

“Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday, everybody’s looking forward to the weekend, weekend🎶“

Some may argue that Rebecca Black nailed it with her lyrics from her one-hit wonder “Friday” in 2011. I for one am happier than a shrimp on a cocktail glass. You see for me, a Friday night is the best. It kicks off the weekend, encourages family time, it brings sports fans together. And best of all…  usually… I’m involved. Think of me as how you would Santa Clause. I can be in many places at the same time. A lot of pressure comes with being one of America’s favorite foods ya know? Especially considering the long trip I had on the boat from Italy. But I digress…

What started as a poor mans, 3 ingredient dish has blossomed into one of the most competitive sub-groups a foodie could have ever imagined. Is it New York? New Jersey? Connecticut? It's up for debate that is for sure. The one thing we can all agree on though is that it is NOT Florida.

Some will add one ingredient to me, others a whole bunch of garbage I’m expected to carry on my back…and don’t even get me started on how I’m not supposed to flop over. I mean, a mason carries stone, concrete, and tile, and let me tell you…that person is arguably flopped over when doing so. But me? I am expected to carry a variety of different meats, cheeses, and vegetables AND remain firm, not flopped? Is anyone else sweating, it's getting hot in here?

So anyways if you haven't figured it out by now, think of a teenage boy going through puberty. Never knowing what to wear, always changing their personality… but above all, a classic.
